Council Credential Form

The following form is needed to join GPSA Council. The requirements to join Council is that you need to be a full time graduate student in a Recognized Departmental Student Association (RDSA). See Council Representatives tab to find your RDSA. Once you have filled out the form you are granted all the rights of a Council Member found in our constitution.
